This website is owned and operated by Li-Ata Pty Ltd trading as REOS referred to as the Company, (ABN: 98131371643) under the domain name "www.reosk.com.au" ("REOS Website"). The REOS Website is operated on behalf of Li-Ata Pty Ltd Trading as REOS also referred to throughout these terms of use as: “Company” or “We”.
If you use or access the REOS Website you accept these Terms of Use, the Privacy and Security Statement, notices, disclaimers and any other rules of use contained on this Website and changes to them that we may make from time to time. The Company recognises the community concern in the transmission of computer viruses. We utilise up to date technology in an attempt to eliminate any possible computer virus infecting any material transmitted from the REOS Website. However, we do not guarantee that the REOS Website will be free from viruses, or that access to the REOS Website will be without interruption throughout the term of use by the REOS member

This document sets out how REOS safeguards your privacy. In this document “We” means Li-Ata Pty Ltd trading as REOS and will also be referred to as “Us” and the “Company” in this document.
In this policy “You” means the licenced real estate person/real estate business entity subscribing to the REOS products/services and the one whom will be entering into a legally binding membership agreement with the Company.

2. Privacy Policy
REOS recognises the importance of protecting your privacy and the requirement expected by Us for maintaining a high standard of protection concerning “sensitive” information provided by You which includes your name, address and other contact details. The Company is committed to ensuring the continued integrity and security of the personal information You entrust to Us and to manage your personal information in an open and transparent way.
We appreciate that the success of our business is largely dependent upon a relationship of trust being established and maintained with past, current and prospective customers with whom We conduct business. We will therefore continue to collect and manage your personal information with a high degree of diligence and care.
Our aim is to comply at all times with the current privacy laws (incorporating the Australian Privacy Principles (APP’s).

• Client email
• Contact details (such as phone and fax numbers, email addresses); and
• Financial information about You and your credit rating.
For the purposes of complying with our obligations under anti-money laundering laws, We are required to collect your personal information to confirm your identity. You agree that We may also collect sensitive information and other personal information deemed reasonably necessary for or directly related to the verification of your identity from commercially available third party databases and disclose it in line with the Privacy Commissioner’s guidelines.
As soon as practicable but only if it is lawful and reasonable to do so, We may destroy some/all of the information collected from You in order to “de identify” You. (If the information is longer needed)
